- Join USLacrosse
- Email Tom Spivey or Jim Kennedy with the following information: Name, mailing address, email address, cell phone number, US Lacrosse Membership Number, and a summary of experience if applicable
- Order uniform from Officials Corner. The starter package has the basic requirements but more specific information will be covered in the training classes
- You will receive an email to register and access the game assignment system
